Hamed al-Khafaf, with the Director of the Office of the Supreme Religious Author Ali al-Sistani in Lebanon, revealed how to write the second Friday sermon.
In response to a question about whether the second Friday sermon delivered at al-Husseini courtyard by Sheikh Karbalai and Sayyid al-Safi was written in Najaf and sent to them or was it prepared by them? By directing and reviewing His Eminence and reading by text. "
He added: "Another section was prepared by Sheikh Karbalai and Mr. Al-Safi and some necessary changes are made to him before his meeting, and a third section was improvised by the Virtues within the general addresses agreed with the Office of His Eminence (long as his shadow)."
He continued: "When it was decided in the spring of 1437 AH in February 2016, not to address weekly visions of the Supreme religious authority in Iraqi affairs, but as new things were limited in speeches - and still - to mention moral, religious and social issues, all prepared by Sheikh Karbalai and Mr. Al-Safi, with a few exceptions where the text of the sermon is written in Najaf and read without the improvised addition or tangible change, such as the speech of the liberation of Mosul on 19/10/1438 corresponding to 14/7/2017 and the speech of the referendum in the Kurdistan region on 8/1/1439 29/9/2017 and the speech of victory over ISIS on 26/3/1439 corresponding to 15/12/2017 and the speech of the elections on 1 7/8/1439 Corresponding to 4/5/2018
