MP called for "alliance" [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/9685/%D8%B1%D8%A7%D8%A6%D8%AF %D9%81%D9%87%D9%85%D9%8A]Raed Fahmy[/url] to review the agreement of [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/14881/%D8%AE%D9%88%D8%B1 %D8%B9%D8%A8%D8%AF %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%84%D9%87]Khor Abdullah[/url] with Kuwait, and resolve the outstanding problems in this matter, within the diplomatic and legal roles, stressing that "this agreement is unfair against Iraq, especially as it makes Iraq a trade exchange no more." .
Fahmy said in press statements that "the position of Iraq in trying to resolve the issue of [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/14881/%D8%AE%D9%88%D8%B1 %D8%B9%D8%A8%D8%AF %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%84%D9%87]Khor Abdullah[/url] diplomatically comes within international laws, and depends on the establishment of the principle of non-operation of the agreement only after the consent of the Iraqi side."
"The [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/14881/%D8%AE%D9%88%D8%B1 %D8%B9%D8%A8%D8%AF %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%84%D9%87]Khor Abdullah[/url] agreement is challenged by many MPs and the study is underway on the effects and applications resulting from it," he said.
Fahmy stressed the need to resolve this issue, and to be within the diplomatic data within the framework of Iraqi-Kuwaiti relations on the basis of the principle of improving these relations and create an appropriate atmosphere for diplomatic dialogue, in order to reach agreements that guarantee the rights and interests of Iraq, both in the territories or ports such as FAO and Mubarak.
