Deputy: disagreements in the survival of the powers of 6 ministries to the provincial councils
MP Ahmed Haidar Kamel said on Monday that there are many differences in the viability of the powers of six ministries in the provincial councils or not, noting that the survival of these powers with the government is difficult and transferred to the provinces more difficult because of the possibility of corruption.
He added that these powers should be transferred and each province should assume its responsibility in the management of its province and each council must be accountable to its voters.
He noted that the stay of the matter until now and the citizen does not know whether the services in his province the competence of the central government or local is completely unacceptable, and covers corruption and corrupt.
He continued that the transfer of powers to the provinces will make the responsibility areas of one side and the people held accountable every four years, expressing support for the step that the file of services assigned to the provinces in order to be accountable to their citizens in the provinces.
