    BAGHDAD -
The Iraqi state has issued a decision to exempt the general managers who had already received the exemption five months ago, at their will.
Al-Hamami said in a statement that Mawazine News received a copy of the report. "It is unreasonable to mention them on this list as they left their positions of their own free will a long time ago," he said.
He added that "the former Director General of Maritime Transport, Abdul Karim Kanhal, who himself applied for exemption on (22/4/2019), and left his position after ten days, and that his name on the list has no justification."
He added that "on the list of many managers who have already received the exemption," noting that it "suggests to the public opinion that the Iraqi state has decided to get rid of (16) general managers, and dispense with their services at this stage under the pretext of the desired administrative reform."
And the deputy, that "there is more than one question mark hovering around this list."
