The Iraqi Council of Ministers decided on Tuesday to appoint holders of higher diplomas as an exception to the appointment controls mentioned in the 2019 budget, explaining that the exception includes all ministries.
A statement issued by the media office of the Council today that the Council of Ministers decided to extinguish the percentage (100%) of the amounts of purchase of residential plots in the Kasbah al-Qosh to the people of the Kasbah exclusively from the Christian religion.
The Council decided to exclude the Ministry of Water Resources from the ratio of supervision and control of investment projects of an operational nature for the purpose of paying the wages of the daily wage and workers on owners and contractors with the Ministry above.
It was agreed that the Ministry of Finance will pay the second (50%) of the financial entitlements of those who leave the work from daily wage earners, temporary employees and contractors in the Ministry of Water Resources, which were not paid according to the Council of Ministers resolution (52) for the year 2017.
The Council agreed to exclude the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs from the instructions for the implementation of contracts for the purpose of contracting with Iraq Gate Company.
The session witnessed the approval of the amendment of the Cabinet Resolution (342 of 2019) to read as follows:
Approval of the recommendation of the Ministerial Council for Social Services on the approval of extinguishing 100% of the amounts of purchase of residential plots in the Kasbah Al-Qosh for the people of the Kasbah exclusively from the Christian religion for the purpose of stopping the immigration from the Kasbah above. The Cabinet approved the ministries of education, higher education and scientific research and the rest of the ministries, governorates and non-affiliated bodies to appoint the holders of higher diplomas as an exception to the controls mentioned in item I of section III / appointment of the instructions to implement the federal budget for 2019 and this year only / the exception includes all ministries.
It was agreed to exclude the Ministry of Oil from the procedures mentioned in the instructions to implement the federal budget for 2019 for the purpose of buying non-governmental products.
The Cabinet approved authorizing the Minister of Transport to:
1- Determining the wages of (250) as a contract in the public company for the management of private transport with the determination of the amount of the contract monthly.
2 - Determine the wages of the (400) as a contract in the General Company for the transportation of passengers with the determination of the amount of the contract monthly
3- Determining the amount of (500) contracts in the General Ports Company,
(In paragraph (1) above, Majaa accepts that the said companies shall be profitable and have not received a grant from the public treasury.)
It was approved to amend the Cabinet Resolution (180 of 2019) to read as follows:
Approval of a letter in the letter of the Ministry of Oil on the assignment of the Italian company ENI to carry out the project for the supply and installation of two desalination plants for Al-Baradiya plant (400) cubic meters per hour and an amount of (24965768) twenty-four million nine hundred and sixty-five thousand seven hundred and sixty-eight dollars only According to the mechanisms referred to in the above-mentioned Ministry's letter.
The Cabinet directed the formation of a committee headed by the Minister of Oil and the membership of representatives from the Ministry of Finance and the Office of the Prime Minister and Turhan Mufti to study the issue of settlement of all obligations arising from the Ministry of Electricity to oil.
Earlier in the day, the council held a meeting chaired by Adel Abdul Mahdi, head of the current federal government.
