The Parliamentary Legal Committee confirmed on Wednesday that the Supreme Judicial Council has not received any files on the general inspectors so far.
Committee member Hussein Ali said in a statement to the information, that "the Supreme Judicial Council has not received any files for public inspectors to investigate, including cover-up on the files of corruption and extortion of government officials," pointing out that "the Judicial Council will investigate all the files accurately once they reach him ”.
He added that "the House of Representatives will transmit any file proving the involvement of one of the inspectors of the judiciary for the purpose of accountability," noting that "Parliament will go towards finding alternatives to fill the supervisory performance after the abolition of offices of general inspectors."
The House of Representatives voted, earlier, to cancel the offices of general inspectors, while decided to adjourn the session until next Thursday. Finished 25 T.
