The head of the Iraqi Forum, Iyad Allawi, called for the formation of a mini-government, "a strong government" that would choose an independent and truly fair election commission.
Allawi said in a tweet on his account on the site "Twitter", "I call for the formation of a mini-government - a strong government - choose an independent election commission and fair - not really on paper - to oversee the holding of early elections, in accordance with a fair and just election law."
"We will not accept anything less," he said.
