The Integrity Commission, on Monday, the issuance of two recruiting orders against a member of the current House of Representatives and the former governor of Nineveh; based on the provisions of articles (307 and 331) of the Iraqi Penal Code.
A statement of the Commission received / information / copy, that “the Department of Investigations in the Commission, and in talking about the details of the case investigated and referred to the judiciary, pointed to the issuance of a court order to recruit a member of the current House of Representatives; ) Of the Iraqi Penal Code for the charge of receiving in the amount of (450,000,000) million dinars from the former governor of Nineveh in exchange for not voting members of the Nineveh Provincial Council for a party to dismiss him from the post of governor.
The statement added that "an order has been issued against the former governor of Nineveh, based on the provisions of Article (331) of the Iraqi Penal Code; These amounts exceeded (422 million) million dinars. ” Done / 25
