    The parliamentary monitoring program of the government program, on Sunday, that the parliamentary system of the state has become an impediment to the reform of the political process in the country, while showing that the solution to the crisis of demonstrations need to change the election law and transform the system to the presidential.
    Committee member Mohammed Karim said in a statement to the information that the parliamentary system of the state has become an obstacle to real reforms in the political process since the parties and blocs control the executive positions in the government. The parties controlled the joints of the state.
    He added that "solving the crisis of demonstrations and popular protests managed to change the election law fairly and give everyone their right and transform the current system," noting that "the presidential system is the main solution to get out of the current crisis."
    And referred the speaker of the Iraqi Council of Representatives Mohammed Halbusi, on Saturday, the draft legislative elections to the Legal Committee to proceed with legislative procedures. Finished 25 T.
