    Al-Fateh Alliance announced on Monday that the parliament will vote tomorrow on the second amendment to the law of provincial councils.
    The MP for the conquest Mohammed al-Baldawi for / information /, "The House of Representatives has already voted on the resolution to dissolve the provincial and districts and district councils."
    He added that "the decision must be challenged by the provincial councils before the Administrative Court and set the second of next month as a date to consider the appeal," noting that "the House of Representatives will work to close the way for the provincial councils and end the work of the councils legally before the date of appeal."
    He explained that "will vote tomorrow's session on the second amendment through the amendment of the end of the work of the provincial councils from March 2020 to November 2019."
    He added that "after the vote on the amendment is to dissolve the provincial councils by law and not a decision, which blocks the way for local governments to return before the date of consideration of appeal."
    The administrative court had set, the second of December next date to consider the appeal submitted by the provincial councils on the decision to dissolve by the parliament.
