    The first deputy speaker of the House of Representatives, Hassan Karim al-Kaabi, said on Monday that the coming period will see the adoption of laws representing the essence of political reform and real change, pointing out that the laws include health insurance and unified retirement.
    In a statement received on the sidelines of a meeting of the parliamentary legal committee, Al-Kaabi said that “the next few years will witness the enactment of a number of important laws such as the election law of the Iraqi Council of Representatives and the law of the Independent High Electoral Commission.” A fundamental pillar and the essence of political reform and change that the people aspire to. ”
