"The Minister of Communications, Naim Thujail Al-Rubaie, has confirmed 954 employees working as a contractor at the General Telecommunications and Information Company," a ministry statement said.
He added that "the decision to
confirm came on the basis of the powers vested in him based on the decision of the Council of Ministers, adopted on 14/11/1919 .
