    Deputy Riyadh Al-Masoudi revealed, on Thursday, the frequency of quotas in the new election commission, indicating that the members were divided by 3 for the Shiite parties, two judges from the Sunni parties and two for the Kurds.
    Al-Masoudi told Al-Maalouma that the new UNHCR law passed by the parliament is made up of 7 judges and two from the state’s Shura Council.
    He added that "the division that took place has re-set quotas again for the facade and there are no independents in it," noting that "the division that took place by three judges for the Shiite parties, two for the Sunnis and two for the Kurds."
    He explained that "the positions of the two members of the Shura Council were divided between the political blocs," noting that "the previous commission's scenario will be repeated again and only the faces will change." Ended 25 and
