Al-Fayyad said in a speech at the activities of the memorial vigil for Martyrs' Night near Baghdad International Airport: "The Mobilization Authority is a special institution that contributed to protecting the state and the constitutional order," stressing "the need to draw a future road map for the crowd, as we are a military force that protects constitutional institutions and does not influence the decision."
And he stated, "The crowd will be far from political practice," noting that "the enemies were disappointed when they believed that killing and absenteeism would break the will of nations, as the murder of the martyrs of victory was premeditated."
He added, "Our revenge is to preserve the line of the martyrs," pointing out, "We in the Popular Mobilization Forces are honored to preserve the legacy of the martyrs of victory."
And he continued, "Hajj Aba Mahdi Al-Muhandis combines good spirits, extreme strength, planning and leadership," pointing out that "the millions who mourned Hajj Qassem Soleimani confirm his lofty status among people's hearts." Ended 29 / H
