    accused the national bloc spokesman, Kazem Al-shammari, powerful
    politicians as "deliberately put obstacles to exit Iraq from Chapter
    VII."

    Al-shammari said in a statement today, each agency received
    in Iraq, "the repercussions of the political differences are no longer
    limited to inside Iraq but echoed the International Ocean."

    "Some
    political blocs and some prominent politicians sent messages of other
    blocks, not to mention the absence of the agreement and is the main
    reason for the concern of the international community directed by Iraq
    from Chapter VII", stating that "the failure of politicians to solve
    their problems continued Iraq impasse."

    The Iraq since 1990 under
    Chapter VII of the UN Charter imposed after the Kuwait invasion the
    previous system state in August of the same year, this item allows the
    use of force against Iraq as a threat to international security, as well
    as to freeze large amounts of stock in banks to pay compensation to
    those affected by the end of the invasion.

    You would think they would be happy to get rid of VII! Some agendas are simply beyond imagination!

    well maybe since Iraq & Kuwait both breached CH 7 with the airline flights, this won't matter. We can hope anyway.
