    The United Bank for Investment faces several lawsuits, as well as officials in the Ministry of Commerce and the Export Support Fund, who are involved with the bank by depositing huge amounts of money totaling more than 120 billion dinars.

    And the Federal Integrity Commission has previously announced the issuance of two recruitment orders against two general managers in the Ministry of Commerce (currently and previously); On the background of intentionally harming the funds and interests of the Ministry.
    The department added that the investigation judge of the Central Anti-Corruption Criminal Court decided to bring in the general manager of the Export Support Fund Department in the Ministry of Commerce, who is currently affiliated with the General Company for Construction Materials Trade. For committing violations by opening a current account in a private bank, and depositing sums of money in it.
    And she added that the general manager of the fund deposited the collection amounts amounting to (69,000,000,000) billion dinars in the National Bank, contrary to the instructions and controls, although the Ministry of Commerce has a government account in the Rasheed Bank.
    In the same context, the circuit indicated that the judge of the same court issued a summons order against the former general manager of the General Company for Grain Trade. For opening a current account in the same bank, and depositing an amount of (60,000,000,000) billion dinars in it, in clear violation of the controls and instructions.
    Specialists and those interested in public affairs praised the actual move by the judiciary, integrity and the government towards this bank and the official involved with it.
