{Politics: Al Furat News} The Ministerial Council for Social Services, in the building of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, held its seventh regular session for the year 2023, headed by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Planning, Muhammad Ali Tamim.
The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers stated in a statement received by {Euphrates News}, that "the council discussed a number of topics included in its agenda, which included several files, most notably: granting authority to the Anbar Governorate regarding issuing invitations to specialized companies to implement the project of maintaining payment stations and the conveyor tube and delivering electricity to The stations of the Western Desert Water Directorate, and amending the decision of the Ministerial Council for Social Services regarding the implementation of the electronic platform for government investment advertisements.
The Council also discussed the national plan for the return of the displaced, and a report on the status of the municipal departments in the Amanat Baghdad, in coordination with the concerned authorities.
The Council voted on several recommendations, most notably: Approving the amendment of the Ministerial Council for Social Services Resolution (23002 K) to be as follows:
The Ministry of Planning undertakes the implementation of the unified electronic bag for general government tenders - the first phase, and the announcement of projects and the sale of their documents to government investment projects as an investment opportunity prepared by a specialized consultant, including (economic feasibility, scope of work, technical specifications, conditions of participation, and qualification of advanced companies to reach the contract formula) by relying On the infrastructure of the Ministry of Communications, provided that the company to which the bid is awarded bears the fees of the consultant.
