Al-Marsoumi said in a post, followed by [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/133473/%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B3%D9%88%D9%85%D8%B1%D9%8A%D8%A9 %D9%86%D9%8A%D9%88%D8%B2/ar/]Alsumaria News[/url], that "the amount of the compulsory and optional reduction currently for [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] within [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Plus = 430,000 barrels per day."

He added, "[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]'s current production share = 4,220,000 barrels per day," noting that "domestic consumption of crude oil = 720,000 barrels per day."

He pointed out that "the planned export capacity in the 2023 budget = 3.5 million barrels per day," noting that "[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]'s exports in July 2023 = 3.440 million barrels per day."

Al-Marsoumi pointed out that "the difference between actual exports and export capacity = 56,000 barrels per day," noting that "the average price of Iraqi oil sold in July 2023 = 78 dollars per barrel."

He explained, "The direct financial loss borne by [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] in July 2023 due to the difference between export capacity and actual exports = 136 million dollars," adding that "[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]'s oil exports = 400,000 barrels per day."

And he indicated that "the difference between the price of Iraqi oil and the price of [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]'s oil, according to the accounts of the Deloitte company in charge of checking [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]'s oil exports = 8 dollars per barrel (because of the quality of [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]'s oil, being one of the heavy, acidic oils and export restrictions)."

The economist stressed that "the resumption of [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]'s oil exports will lead to a reduction in Iraqi oil exports to the south by 400,000 barrels per day."

And he went on to say, "[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]'s loss as a result of the resumption of oil exports from [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] due to the price difference = 99 million dollars per month," explaining that "the traffic and transportation fee = 87 million dollars per month."
He continued, "The net financial loss incurred by [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] from re-exporting [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]'s oil = (99 + 87) - 136 = 50 million dollars per month, and this loss will increase when we calculate the value of the discounts granted by [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] for its oil sales to [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]," adding, "This means that [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] He is currently earning at least $50 million a month as a result of stopping [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]'s exports in light of the current circumstances that oblige [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] to reduce its oil production in compliance with [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Plus decisions.
