    Called on Deputy Speaker of the Iraqi Hamoudi , Sunday, Japanese companies to return and work in the country, stressing the importance of these companies in the development of infrastructures for the LAPD. Hamoudi said in a statement issued on the sidelines of a meeting with the Japanese charge d'affaires, and received "Alsumaria News" a copy of it, "We call on Japanese companies to return to work within the country. Hamoudi said "the importance of these companies in the development of infrastructures and investment in Iraq .  Iraq has signed and Japan on February 16 last contract for the granting of the first loan of 380 million dollars to develop the port of Khor Al-Zubair , while suggesting Japan , in addition to granting a loan of another $ 500 million for the sector refineries, after it was signed in August of 2007 with Japan an agreement whereby Iraq granted a loan of two billion and 400 million dollars to finance 12 projects, service. The security situation that has gripped Iraq over the past period led to the withdrawal of many international companies and leave the work sites, in the time that these companies demanded that Iraq return and resume their work again.
