    Preached the prime minister, Haider al-Abadi, on Sunday, that the "liberation" of Mosul became "soon" returned that it means "liberation of Iraq", while stressing that the "biggest challenge" is how co-existence between the components of society and get away from the vulnerable side conflicts, he stressed Government directed to grant more powers to the provinces of decentralization.

    This came during a meeting with the Prime Minister, today, the delegation of the province of Nineveh, according to a statement to the media office, seen by the (long-Presse).

    Ebadi said, according to the statement, "The liberation of Mosul is the liberation of Iraq and part of our strategy to eliminate Daash," warning of "cooperating with Daash that they have a chance to return to their senses and to atone for their actions because the day of salvation is close and would otherwise be employed very difficult."
    Promised the prime minister, that "the power of Nineveh in coexistence, diversity and put our hands but some," pointing out that "the biggest challenge is how to co-existence between the components of society and get away from the conflict-affected side."

    Abadi said, "The government's policy is to give more powers to the provinces of decentralization within a complementary look, because our success for a joint federal and local government", calling for "the defense of the homeland without the concerted efforts of all that this would lead to the militarization of society."

    He cited the Information Office of the Prime Minister, in his statement, that "the meeting saw a review of the situation in Nineveh and my security and displaced people, and looked forward to her children freed from the control of terrorist Daash as soon as possible."

    According to the office, according to the statement, that "the delegation of Nineveh province, comprised of the governor, Liberation of Iraq, and members of the provincial council, in the presence of the ministers of defense, interior, agriculture, education and the representatives of the province in the House of Representatives of the various components."

    It is noteworthy that (Daash) seized the city of Mosul, Nineveh province, (405 km Henal Baghdad), in (the tenth of June 2014), and committed "many atrocities" in which particularly against minorities, and sites of cultural and religious, including the shrines of the prophets, What led to international condemnation and local coverage, and that acts of this organization, "crimes against humanity".
