    [ltr]Of the Security and Defense Committee in the House of Representatives revealed that Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi recently told her he would send security leaders who have been recently hired after the process of extensive change witnessed by the Ministry of Defense, to the House of Representatives the names during the next week to vote on them, which is a constitutional step was evading including his predecessor, Nouri al-Maliki Throughout the 8 years.  While the Commission has shown that the general commander of the armed forces are preparing to begin the process of cleansing and wide in the Ministry of Interior, including the exemption of some security leaders.[/ltr]

    [ltr] Article 60 of the Constitution provides that "the election of the Chief of Staff of the Army, and his aides, and division commanders and above, and the head of the intelligence service, is based on a proposal from the Council of Ministers and submitted to the House of Representatives."[/ltr]
    [ltr]The Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, issued in (12 of November 2014 present), is exempt or retirement against 36 senior military commanders, and the appointment of 18 other new positions without reference to the House of Representatives, in the context of his intention to "end corruption" in the military establishment.[/ltr]
    [ltr] He says Shahe Wan Abdullah, a member of the Commission on Security and Defence parliamentary, in a statement to the "long", "What we want from the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi is the application of provisions of the constitution and in particular the issue of the appointment of military commanders and presenting them to the House of Representatives because these procedures and steps capable of creating a Foundation military professional and objective able to meet the security challenges.     [ltr] Article 80 of the Constitution provides that the powers of the Council of Ministers "to make a recommendation to the House of Representatives, to approve the appointment of deputy ministers, ambassadors and those with special grades, and Army Chief of Staff and his aides, and division commanders and above, and the head of the National Intelligence Service, and the heads of the security services." .[/ltr]
    [ltr]And intends to commander of the armed forces to make changes in the Interior Ministry similar to the one conducted in the defense will reach some security officers and leaders as part of the reform process, as Kurdish lawmaker explains. Hamid al-Mutlaq, in turn, Deputy Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Security and Defense, says that "what we suffer from the deterioration of security in the current period due to constitutional violations and overtaking on the law, which was working on the previous government."[/ltr]
    [ltr] Broadman Mutlaq, in an interview for the "long", saying that "what we insist upon the application of paragraphs of the Constitution and its clauses and provisions in the appointment of security leaders and presented to the House by the government," noting that "what we need is to correct mistakes of the past and cleanse the security establishment of the corrupt."[/ltr]
    [ltr] And confirms the MP for the national list "The prime minister will not exceed the House of Representatives and the new leaders will present the names to parliament for a vote on them," and urged all authorities and agencies in the state to "respect the Constitution and the law."[/ltr]
