By a meter and. Prime Minister Haidar Al-Abbadi, Monday, United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, currently visiting Baghdad, near final victory announcement in Tikrit and Anbar and Mosul.
 
And the Prime Minister's Office in a brief statement received "into Iraq News, the copy, the Abadi meeting, ban said," we are fighting a final battle in salads and the victory became by hand, adding "soon declare final victory in this province and we follow in Anbar and Mosul".
