    Iraqi constitution explains in its articles 102-108 in the door of independent bodies, that each one of them a reference, Fd UN High Commissioner for Human Rights and the Office of the Independent Electoral, and the Integrity Commission, independent bodies subject to its control the legislature (controlled House of Representatives), and the organization of work by law.  Constitution promised both the central bank and the Financial Inspection Office and the Information and Communications and the Endowment also from independent bodies financially and administratively, and returned the Constitution to confirm within the text of paragraph II of Article 103 that the central bank be (accountable to the House of Representatives), and is linked to the Financial Inspection Office and the Information and Communications the House of Representatives.
