“These operations may be performed as domestic civil support operations”
By Alex Thomas
(INTELLIHUB) — In the last three months there has been a massive and seemingly unprecedented increase in military movements and urban military training throughout the country.
This increase coincided with the announcement of Jade Helm 2015 and has many wondering what the real reasons are for the massive realistic training exercise set to begin next week. (according to the mainstream media if you are a critic of Jade Helm you are a racist)
While there are many different compelling theories as to the real reasons behind Jade Helm, the most likely theory put forward so far is that the powers that be have realized the need to increase training for a martial law scenario in America due to some sort of impending collapse or civil unrest.
If that is the case, the next question would be what will this “martial law” scenario actually look like for everyday Americans? Luckily, (or perhaps unlucky depending on how you look at it) a U.S. Army document leaked in 2012 provides some startling context to what a “domestic civil support operation” will actually look like.
The document, entitled FM 3-39.40 Internment and Resettlement Operations, was reportedly originally released on a restricted basis to the Department of Defense in 2010 and subsequently leaked online in late April 2012.
Spanning over 300 pages, the manual details numerous plans for placing citizens into internment camps both globally and inside the United States. Perhaps most shocking in the now public plan is the directive to use PSYOP officers on “political activists” within the prison camps to pacify them into appreciating U.S. government policies.
When news of the document made it to the front page of the Drudge Report, both the military PR machine and the compliant mainstream media attempted to claim that it only outlined plans for internment camps overseas not within the United States itself. This of course was a flat out lie.
As Paul Watson noted, “The document makes it clear that the policies apply “within U.S. territory” and involve, “DOD support to U.S. civil authorities for domestic emergencies, and for designated law enforcement and other activities,” including “man-made disasters, accidents, terrorist attacks and incidents in the U.S. and its territories.”
“The manual states, “These operations may be performed as domestic civil support operations,” and adds that “The authority to approve resettlement such operations within U.S. territories,” would require a “special exception” to The Posse Comitatus Act, which can be obtained via “the President invoking his executive authority.” The document also makes reference to identifying detainees using their social security number.”
Shockingly, the manual literally outlines the roles of the PSYOP teams operating with the prison camps. Their duties will include:
Actual real world training for internment camps in America has been detailed throughout the years with this year being no different. In May, U.S. Marines conducted a massive training exercise in Arizona to practice for internment of citizens during a period of massive civil unrest.
Complete with role players screaming, “let me out” while demanding food and water, the troops practiced chasing angry citizens who were attempting to escape a mock prison camp. Interestingly, some of the footage was actually released by the military PR machine itself in what can only be described as a brazen attempt to normalize the military policing American citizens.
As I noted in the article on the training, “Now that the military is brazenly releasing footage, when in the past they would deny this type of training even exists, it allows them to use Orwellian doublespeak to confuse and placate the American people with claims that if the training were for them then they wouldn’t publicly release the footage.”
We are clearly seeing a massive buildup surrounding Jade Helm and the fact that the mainstream media is still attacking critics of the realistic training exercise shows just how important it is to the powers that be that the public is kept from knowing the real reasons behind Jade Helm 2015.
Thanks to leaked documents such as the internment camp manual discussed above, we can, at the very least, prepare for what we know will happen if the camps ever do go live.
On a final note, one can imagine that a portion of America (the same portion who worship political correctness and are now calling for the banning of anything connected to the civil war south) would actually support the “re-education” of American Patriots.

Shockingly, the manual literally outlines the roles of the PSYOP teams operating with the prison camps. Their duties will include:
– Identifies malcontents, trained agitators, and political leaders within the facility who may try to organize resistance or create disturbances.
– Develops and executes indoctrination programs to reduce or remove antagonistic attitudes.
– Identifies political activists.
– Provides loudspeaker support (such as administrative announcements and facility instructions when necessary).
– Helps the military police commander control detainee and DC populations during emergencies.
– Plans and executes a PSYOP program that produces an understanding and appreciation of U.S. policies and actions.
It is important to reiterate that the document makes it crystal clear that the plans are not simply for use overseas in a country such as Iraq or Afghanistan but can be initiates within U.S. territory under the authority of Homeland Security.Actual real world training for internment camps in America has been detailed throughout the years with this year being no different. In May, U.S. Marines conducted a massive training exercise in Arizona to practice for internment of citizens during a period of massive civil unrest.
