In his address to the Federal Assembly, President Vladimir Putin called for more active cooperation with the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).
Russia is interested in a wide cooperation with foreign partners, the president said. "We welcome investors despite the difficult circumstances - called on it. - To open additional opportunities for expanding economic ties, we are stepping up integration processes."

"Together we represent almost a third of the world economy. The partnership should be based on the principles of equality and respect for mutual interests," - he concluded.
