Marinated Feta Cubes

The tangy, salty flavor of feta cheese is a perfect match for cocktails. Buy jars of precut feta cubes packed in olive oil with herbs and garlic. Mini marinated mozzarella balls are also readily available and can be served alongside, or in place of, the feta cubes.

- 2 jars (each 10 1/2 oz.) marinated feta cheese cubes
- Extra-virgin olive oil for drizzling
Wine PairingThis pairs well with crisp, light-bodied white wines like the Turasan Emir, Cappadocia from our Wine Club.
Directions:Drain the feta cubes in a colander. Transfer the feta to a plate or shallow serving bowl. Drizzle the feta cubes with olive oil. Place a toothpick in each cube, or fill a shot glass with toothpicks and place it in the center of the bowl with the feta cubes arranged around it. Include an empty bowl alongside, so that guests can discard the used toothpicks; place a toothpick in the bowl to indicate its use. Serves 12.
