Pomegranates and blueberries are full of vitamins and are a good flavor match in this juice. Depending on the tartness, you may need to add a little sweetener to the final result.

- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 2 cups blueberries, plus more for garnish
- Sugar, to taste (optional)
- Ice cubes as needed
- Sparkling water as needed
Directions:In an extractor, juice the pomegranate seeds and the 2 cups blueberries. Taste the juice for sweetness and add a little sugar if needed.
Fill 2 tall glasses with ice. Pour in the juice and top with sparkling water. Garnish with blueberries and serve immediately. Serves 2.
