ABC News Unveils Lineup for Next GOP Debate — and One 2016 Contender Is Noticeably Missing

ABC News unveiled the lineup for Saturday night’s Republican debate — and noticeably absent was former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina who failed to meet the requirements to appear on the stage.

The final face-off before Tuesday’s New Hampshire primary will feature businessman Donald Trump in center stage, flanked by Texas Sen. Ted Cruz on his left and Florida Sen. Marco Rubio on his right.

Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson, Ohio Gov. John Kasich and New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie also qualified for the debate.

Fiorina and former Virginia Gov. Jim Gilmore did not. A statement from Fiorina was said to be forthcoming.

Candidates were able to make the stage by placing in the top three in the Iowa caucus, place in top six in an average of New Hampshire polls recognized by ABC News or place in the top six in an average of national polls recognized by ABC News.

The debate will be moderated by ABC anchors David Muir and Martha Raddatz. It will also feature WMUR anchor Josh McElveen and Mary Katharine Ham. Candidates will take the stage at 8:15 p.m. ET.
