, Confirmed to the Commission for Social Welfare in Anbar Council, said Tuesday that the "crimes" committed by the organization (Daash) maintain that left at least 22 thousand orphan, or the widow, and other thousands of disabled, indicating that the local government is "incapable" of the relief that slide as well its citizens displaced to other provinces, as a result of weak financial allocations.  
The chairwoman of the committee, Fatima Khalaf, said in an interview to the (long-Presse), "The crimes committed by Daash terrorist gangs against innocent civilians in Anbar areas captured, including Ramadi and Fallujah, west of the province, leaving at least 22 thousand widows and orphans in statistical preliminary can be increased, "noting that" humanitarian disaster left by those gangs too big not only to kill innocent people, but also impede the thousands as a result of the amputation of limbs or other physical damage. "
