Called the National Coalition leader, Iyad Allawi, on Sunday, the Iraqi government to send a high-level delegation to Turkey to discuss the issue of the Turkish military presence in Iraq, and while stressing the need for the Iraqi arena not be a springboard for military operations against Ankara or neighboring countries, he stressed the importance of resorting to UN security Council to resolve the forms if the talks did not achieve a consensus with the Turkish side.
Iyad Allawi said in a statement received (range Press) copy of it, "We call on the Government of Iraq on immediate action by sending a high-level delegation to Turkey to discuss the issue of the Turkish military presence in Iraq and to reach a clear consensus was hurt in the integrity and sovereignty of Iraq on the one hand and the safety of Turkey, on the other hand ".
Allawi stressed the need that "the Iraqi arena not be a springboard for military operations on Turkey or any of the neighboring countries," hoping to "leave the solution to the confusion with the Kurds in Turkey in order to preserve the integrity and unity of Turkey and gives the rights of the Kurds."
Allawi said that "if there has been no consensus with Turkey after the visit of the delegation must be recourse to the Security Council immediately to end this confusion and to adopt a clear paths for each guarantor of the sovereignty of Iraq means the part of Turkey and the security of the other side."
Allawi said that "We talked this matter with His Excellency the Turkish ambassador in Baghdad and welcomed such thus draws Turkey and Iran Tbkien neighbors of Iraq and we have to deal in order to ensure the safety of all sides and mutual benefits and not to prejudice the sovereignty or interference in the internal affairs of countries and work to create a balanced regional climate saves for each of their rights and prevents any outside interference The people of the region are the first to protect them. "
And spread Turkish force in Zlican camp in the province of Nineveh Ba'shiqah, (504 km north of Baghdad), as opposed Baghdad on the presence of the Turkish force on its territory, Ankara seems determined to the presence of this force, which justifies its existence to train a national mobilization of the governor of Nineveh former Ethel Nujaifi Iraqi forces for the Liberation of Mosul of al (Daash).
