Bank: local banks are unable to finance investment projects due to lack of capital

Baghdad (newsletter). Banking expert said Mohsen Ali, the inability of local banks and branches of the performance requirements of the investment process in the country because of a lack of capital.
Ali (News Agency): the State banks as good and could not cover all the needs of the State as the granting of loans and financial loans as a result of non-fulfilment of ministries and Government departments to pay their debts to the banks.
He noted: the private banking sector owns more than 40 Bank, but most capital limited and unable to contribute to the investment process and the country's economy, making the need to create a contribution of investment banks.
He added: the Iraqi investment environment need solid global banks have high capital to bring investment companies to enter the Iraqi market and to contribute to the development of the national economy./finished/8
