    Agency for Press Information / The head of the Iraqi private banks association Wadih Handal, that we need to move to international accounting standards, especially Maitalq work of the General Authority for taxes, a proposal to create informative center includes data for all Iraqis to confine financial receivables rules.



    This came during a meeting in Baghdad to discuss the development of bilateral cooperation between the Iraqi private banks association and the General Authority for taxes, to strengthen the role of the private sector, a true partner in economic development.


    The two sides agreed to hold joint quarterly meetings every three months, to follow up on bilateral cooperation issues, interspersed with round tables held trust placed the end of next week.


    The talks touched to the need to unify the tax measures and find solutions to the outstanding problems between the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government to prevent double taxation, and the adoption of a unified database between the General Authority for Customs and the General Authority for taxes to avoid the problems that can occur between the two solutions.


    It examined the fears of dealing with checks issued by banks, confirmed the talks to deal with the banks approved by the Central Bank of Iraq and exclusively by the last camel Rated twenty banks for the first initial phase system.
