    Kuwait's oil minister proxy Anas Saleh said Tuesday that his country would not be bound by any international freeze possible levels of oil production only if all major producers including Iran to participate in the agreement agreed.

    Saleh told reporters on the sidelines of a conference in the Kuwaiti capital, "if the agreement will stick Kuwait freeze."

    The minister said in response to a question about what would happen if all the producers did not agree to join the agreement to freeze production "Sontaleg maximum my energy, if not reach an agreement. I will sell each barrel produced."

    He pointed out that Kuwait currently produces three million barrels of oil per day.

    Saudi Arabia and Russia were the two largest exporters of oil in the world agreed last month to freeze production at January levels to support prices if other countries agreed to participate in the first global oil deal in 15 years.
