[ltr]Said a leading figure in the popular crowd Karim al-Nuri, on Wednesday, that the decision to stop operations of the progress to date was caused by a technical respect to maintenance of the land and does not exist any political pressure behind him, noting that the troops are able to access to the courts within 48 hours.[/ltr]
[ltr]He said Noori's / balances News /, "The decision to stop the siege on recent operations were not behind any political overtones or interference in the work of the popular crowd."[/ltr]
[ltr]Nouri said that "we have not left for us modern access to only 50 kilometers," he said, adding that "the matters related to military and technical factor keeping the ground caused to stop operations."[/ltr]
[ltr]Al-Nouri pointed out that "operations will resume immediately after its launch and arrival of the military orders it," asserting that "the popular crowd is able to reach the modern within 48 hours."[/ltr]
[ltr]The secretary general of the Badr Organization, Hadi al-Amiri, has announced a stop break the siege of Haditha District operations, attributing the reason for it not to the possibility of keeping roads and areas liberated by the security forces.[/ltr]
