Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) -The Secretary General of the White bloc, Jamal al-Bateikh, stated that the reason behind the last bombings in Iraq were caused due to the existence of the Baathists in the office of the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, where the latter is aware of this issue.
Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said “Maliki must be frank with the Iraqis and dismiss the Baathists in his office rather than using them against the others because the benefit of the Iraqis is the most important thing.”
“The weakness in the performance of the security forces is due to the cooperation between some security elements and the terrorists,” he added, stressing the necessity of “Activating the intelligence system instead of increasing the check points.”
