Iraqi Observatory: Daash killed 36 civilians tried to escape from Fallujah

The Iraqi Observatory for Human Rights, do Daash the killing of 36 civilians who were trying to escape from Fallujah, called on thegovernment to think about new mechanisms to protect the safety of civilians trying toescape the city and concern for children and women who are "likely to be killed" in them. 
The observatory said in a statement, received ( long - Presse) a copy of it, that "36 civilians were killed Friday ( the tenth of June the current 2016), near Fallujah (62 km west of Baghdad), shot dead by militants organize Daash, when they were trying to escape from the city toward the Amiriyah Fallujah controlled by Iraqi government forces "He added the Iraqi Observatory for human rights, that" the slain civilians were traveling inthree cars, and tried to dawn on Friday, crossing into the intersection of peace, which is a safe passages, which opened up Iraqi security forces a few days ago, so they could have access to spend Amiriyah Fallujah ,"noting that "surveillance teams , published by Daash in the city of Fallujah to prevent the escape of civilians were targeted through sprinklers installed at a distance from the road leading to the intersection, forcing them what dismounting from their vehicles, and make them more susceptible to lead the organization." And thetransfer of the Observatory, local residents of areas adjacent to Fallujah, saying that "families who tried toescape does not know its fate until now and may have been killed at the hands of the organization , " and urged the Iraqi government to "think new mechanisms to protect the safety of civilians who are trying toescape from the city of Fallujah, attention children and women who have become vulnerable to theorganization and the fighting there " is noteworthy that the battle to liberate Fallujah, launched in (23 May 2016), with the participation of army troops and federal police and rapid intervention and crowd the popular and tribal police Anbar, and that those forces have surrounded the city from destinations all continues toprogress towards its center .
