Twilight News / leaked document revealed on Sunday to hand over the former director of the Iraqi Trade Bank Hamdiya dry to the new director Faisal Sam Alhmas according Diwani order issued by the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi days ago.

The media office of Ebadi had announced on Tuesday the appointment of two new directors to six banks in addition to the removal of the General Intelligence Director from office, and to bring the head of the Iraqi Media Network on retirement.
According to a statement issued by al-Abadi's office "Based on the requirements of the national interest and the continuation of the approach of comprehensive reforms announced by the Prime Minister Dr. Haider al-Abadi sovereignty thing Dioanaa has issued a set of new managers in each of the Commercial Bank and the Rafidain Bank and Rasheed Bank and the bank's real estate Industrial Bank and the Agricultural Bank" .
The statement explained that "in order to revitalize the banking sector and Sir national strategy to stimulate the economy and create jobs and implement the launch of loans for industrial projects, residential and commercial citizens the best formula, according to the government's plans."
He expressed his finance minister, Hoshyar Zebari, in a document leaked on Friday objected to the customs clearance issued by Abadi, in which the two banks of six managers relieved and appointed others instead of them.
Zebari explained the leaked document, entitled to the Office of the Prime Minister notes on this matter Diwani and overwhelmed from the mistakes.
He concluded Zebari said in the document that "Against this mentioned observations and based on legal grounds it is mentioned Diwani tainted defects formal and substantive legal and administrative."
