[ltr]The Russian president, Vladimir Putin, signed Thursday a decree to lift restrictions on the sale of tour tickets to Turkey.[/ltr]

[ltr]This decree amendments to a previous decree on "Measures to ensure the national security of the Russian Federation and to protect Russian citizens from criminal acts and illegal acts and the application of special economic measures against the Republic of Turkey."[/ltr]

[ltr]The new decree eliminates the ban on the sale of tour tickets Russian citizens to Turkey, also asked the Russian government to take necessary measures to abolish the ban on flights non-performing "charter" and from Turkey measures.[/ltr]

[ltr]The decree instructed the government to start negotiations with Ankara on economic cooperation between the two issues. Based on the results of these negotiations, the government should make proposals on modifying the duration or nature of special economic measures and other restrictions imposed by Moscow on Ankara.[/ltr]

[ltr]The decree enters into force on the date of its publication on the official website of the Russian presidency (June 30).[/ltr]

[ltr]It is noteworthy here that President Putin is the normalization of relations with Turkey after receiving a letter from his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan, apologizing for the overthrow of the Turkish Air Force bomber "Su -24" line in the skies of Syria in November 24 last and the killing of its leader.[/ltr]

[ltr]And he held Putin and Erdogan, on Wednesday, the first phone call between them since this tragic incident, during which they agreed to take the necessary steps for the resumption of bilateral cooperation between the two countries. / Ended 29 n / 10[/ltr]
