    [ltr]The Ministry of Transport, on Thursday, for issuing a ministerial order appointing Ethel Abdul Ali director of the port of Umm Qasr and North Salem Jabbar Hussein to manage the southern port of Umm Qasr.[/ltr]
    [ltr]The ministry said in a statement received / balances News /, copy it, that "a ministerial order was issued to appoint the Chief Engineer Abdul Ali Ethel director of the northern port of Umm Qasr, which had previously successfully managed several ports, including Umm Qasr and Khor Al-Zubair."[/ltr]
