Immigration Minister Jassim Mohammed announced a deal with the US ambassador to Iraq, Stuart Jones to intensify efforts to house the displaced city of Mosul, while Jones added that a meeting of donor countries held in Washington, which Iraq won it more than two billion dollars was successful.
Said Mohammed after his meeting with the US ambassador said in a statement on Friday faxed to Radio tow, the meeting concluded agreement on a number of points most important to intensify necessary to file the displaced people of Mosul efforts and coordination of tasks related to harboring as well as a focus on the international community's support and financial grants provided by the donor countries to help the government and the ministry in the human's position in support of relief and shelter for the displaced file in the shadow of the financial crisis plaguing the country.
For his part, Jones pointed to the existence of a significant challenge for the simultaneous humanitarian side with the liberalization of the city of Mosul campaign, noting that the meeting discussed the process necessary for the relief of displaced families and the challenges of solutions that process.
He continued Jones, that the meeting of donor countries held in Washington was successful accession of Iraq to $ 2.1 billion, adding that it will contribute significantly to the success of the relief to the displaced process.
