    He warned the Commission on Higher Education and Scientific Research parliamentary member Mohammed al-Shammari of the "seriousness of passing the bill abolishing the rights of university professors law," adding that "professors rights are not ment of one and it is a right and entitlement.."

"
    He stressed Shammari that "any attempt to cancel that maturity is unjustly unwarranted and would damage this task slide and return it to the square of suffering and pain and this will have negative repercussions on the reality of higher education in Iraq who seek to bring it up."
    He called on MPs "not to pass this law, which is incompatible with the fundamentals of the country and promote it through the support of scientific and academic competencies."
