[ltr]The Deputy Chairman of the Board of Maysan province Jawad Rahim, Monday, the presence of many projects unfinished, despite the deadline for completion since 2012 and 2013, indicating that the ministries formed committees to achieve and closed.[/ltr]
[ltr]Rahim said L / balance News /, "The current session of the provincial council lacks the presence of any new projects because of the financial crisis," pointing out that "the Council was busy pursuing ministries projects which will hopefully be the end of the working out of the 2012 and 2013, but that so far has not been completed."[/ltr]
[ltr]He added that "" Holi project "began work done since 2007 was not completed, while Maysan Stadium is supposed to be completed in 2013 and did not see the light of the need to three years, the fact that the percentage of completion which is very low," noting that "water grand architecture project referred since 2008 is supposed to surrender in 2012 was not completed yet. "[/ltr]
[ltr]The Vice President of the Council, "The Council wanted the investigation with the contractors, but he missed a legal fact Contractors contracted with ministries and not with the provincial councils," he said, adding that "the council told the ministries about the reason for project failure and formed a ministerial committees were closed then no one is unaccounted for."[/ltr]
[ltr]The House of Maysan province, revealed last Thursday, for the province's debt to contractors 140 billion dinars promised the existence of any new project for the past three Snoat.anthy 29/33 h[/ltr]
