MP for the Kurdistan Alliance, chairman of the energy parliamentary Ariz Abdullah today , "There are no talks and discussions earnest between the governments , " the center and Kurdistan "to approve the pending laws and private oil and gas law, noting that" there are several outstanding problems between the political parties, and resolving these problems lies in political consensus .
Abdullah said in an interview for the "direction Press," said that the governments of the center and the Kurdistan does not, deal politically hard to agree on the adoption of broken laws, a private oil and gas law, because of its importance to the overall economic situation of the country, pointing out that "all the political parties agree on the constitution, but differ in their interpretation of its provisions.
He added that " oil and gas law, according to the Iraqi constitution has been granted a kind of administrative powers to the governments of the regions and provinces producing oil and this needs to enact a law in Parliament, explaining that" the lesson is not legislation of those laws , but implementation, asking , "What is the use of law after the legislation suspended , to remain a dead letter.
He noted that "the political agreements between the conflicting parties that will dissolve the political stalemate, and result in the adoption of broken laws, calling for" the start of a new round of political negotiations between the conflicting parties on the constitutional paragraphs as Article 140 of the Constitution, and the law of oil and gas .. etc, to agree on its approval as soon as possible.
