Norwegian company DNO announced on Monday it had received $ 30 million from the government of Iraqi Kurdistan as part of the company's receivables.
Reuters reported, quoting the company that it "received $ 30 million from the government of Iraqi Kurdistan as part of the company's dues for crude oil shipments delivered in June for the export market from Tawke field."
The company added that "the total amount owed for the month of June amounted to 38.41 million dollars from 32.21 million dollars worth of monthly dues and 6.19 million dollars to pay arrears for previous shipments."
The company pointed out that "the average production Tawke in June amounted to 114 thousand and 384 barrels of oil per day, including 113 thousand and 601 barrels were to be engaged in exporting."
