Twilight News / dawn, gunmen from al Daash, on Wednesday, oil wells northwest province of Kirkuk, using three explosive devices, which led to the outbreak of a major fire in the well, according to a security source.
The source said in a statement seen by Twilight News, "The terrorists of al Daash blew up this morning one of the oil wells in the area of the district of Dibs Srkran, north-west of the province, using three explosive devices."
He added that "a large fire broke out in the well after the detonation, but no human casualties, and work is underway by the civil defense teams to try to put out the fire and not extending it to neighboring buildings."
The militants have attacked Daash last month compressor station and gas field, Bai Hassan oil installations in Kirkuk, killing five of its employees, prior to stem the Peshmerga forces attack and kill the attackers, who were wearing explosive belts.
