Baghdad/Obelisk: ethnic, Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari, Wednesday, signing six memoranda of understanding with Kuwait during the visit of Prime Minister to Iraq.
Zebari said at a joint press conference with his Kuwaiti counterpart Sabah Khaled Al-Sabah in Baghdad that Iraq and Kuwait signed six memorandums of understanding for the work of the two institutes diplomats of the two countries and an Executive program on cultural and Environmental Affairs, higher education, and economic and technical cooperation ".
