The Minister of Economy Russian Alexei Ulyukayev, Sunday, that President Vladimir Putin and his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan agreed to establish a joint investment fund for their respective countries.
The two leaders met on the sidelines of the Group of Twenty summit in the eastern city of Hangzhou China on Saturday.
Ulyukayev said, "put the final touches to the establishment of an investment fund Russian Turkish , " noting that " Turkey has completed the necessary legislative changes to establish views partner for our fund for direct investment is Turkey 'ssovereign wealth fund."
He added, "I think in October or November will be available to have a list of projects and will allocate a credit line to start work."
Putin and Erdogan is working to restore relations between the former allies after theregional strained relations in the aftermath of the Turkish military fighter to dropRussia over the Syrian border.
