[ltr]A source in Nineveh province, said the organization Daesh threatened the people of Mosul with 20 lashes for those who retains publications Iraqi air force .fima stressed that the organization mobilized all its elements to collect publications from villages and neighborhoods.[/ltr]
[ltr]The source said that "the organization of the skin Daesh decided to retain all of the publications or holds the Iraqi air force and the decision came after a growing interaction with by large segments of the people of Mosul.[/ltr]
[ltr]The Iraqi planes dropped earlier in thousands of leaflets on the city of Sharqat, north of Baghdad calling for civilians to evacuate immediately, apparently in preparation for a military operation aimed at regulating the output of the Islamic State of them.[/ltr]
[ltr]A spokesman for the Iraqi Ministry of Defense Brigadier General Yahya Messenger announced the dumping of thousands of leaflets over areas north of the city of Salahuddin province on the western bank of the Tigris River.[/ltr]
[ltr]The publication, called people of the city to get out of the province for their lives so as not to act as human shields to organize Daesh.[/ltr]
[ltr]Publication also included the phrase "Let the city immediately Time is not allowed to stay because the city will be the target of Iraqi forces, land and air."[/ltr]
[ltr]The organization Daesh dominated the city in June 2014 during the great attack, which took it on the other large cities in the forefront of the city of Mosul (105 km north of Sharqat).[/ltr]
[ltr]Recent estimates of international organizations, according to the city of Sharqat of up to 350 thousand, as reported to the displacement of 35 thousand of them in the past few months.[/ltr]
[ltr]The Iraqi forces recaptured last month Qayyarah city, which lies in turn, on the west bank of the Tigris River to the north. And it warns the United Nations and international organizations of possible displacement of hundreds of thousands of civilians from cities such as Mosul and Sharqat when transformed into a theater of military operations.[/ltr]
