BAGHDAD - A Journal
United States continue its consultations to determine the new political situation in the province of Nineveh, after the liberation from the control of Mosul Daesh terrorist, vowing to Sunni and Kurdish parties to exclude the participation of the popular crowd at the battle of liberation.
The visit of US Vice Foreign Minister Anthony Blinken saw meetings with a number of Iraqi officials to determine the political future of the province and the parties that will participate in the battle to liberate Mosul, personality to be selected to manage the province away from the current conservative Nofal Hammadi Akub.
US officials had meetings with the Council of Nineveh saw lengthy discussions about the future of political Nineveh, where the head of the fraternity and coexistence Council of Nineveh province Seydou Jettou revealed the United States requested the Council to agree on a political figure to run the province after the liberation of the city of Mosul from the control Daesh.

He added that US officials insisted during the meeting that the liberation of Mosul would be before the end of this year, and should speed finding a political consensus for the post-eradication of Daesh.
Permit Jettou is not alone in this regard, the source of the presidency of the Kurdistan region revealed an agreement between Deputy Foreign Minister Anthony Blinken politicians and leaders of the Sunnis and Kurds to identify the parties that will participate in the battle to liberate Mosul, indicating that Blinken told the Kurds that Washington refuses to post the popular crowd and Geert Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi post between factions in the crowd and the liberation of Mosul by the end of the year.
Blinken added that during the meeting which gathered with Kurdish regional President Massoud Barzani, the Kurdish Peshmerga parties confirmed the participation of US and Iraqi forces in the Battle of the Federal Mosul and soldiers, and that Washington does not want to share, but two factions of the popular crowd one of whom Badr.
He said Blinken discussed with the officials, who he met during his recent visit to Iraq, a political understandings of the post-Daesh in Mosul was agreed that the main parties that will have the lion's share in the management Mahafezh.don disclose the names of these entities.
With the continuing calls from Iraqi officials the need to reach a political agreement for the post-Daesh before embarking on a battle of Mosul, the Foreign Relations Department official in the Kurdistan Regional Government Falah Mustafa said the US delegation stressed agreed with Massoud Barzani, to hold a trilateral meeting between the Kurdistan region and the United States and Iraq this week to discuss the details of each party in order to be aware of its duties and responsibilities in the liberation of Mosul stage and beyond.
Given the past period, we find that Washington sent a lot of its diplomats to Iraq and most of the talk was about the battle of Mosul and the political system to be developed after the liberation of the city from the control of Daesh, and when meditate announcement of Washington to send more troops to Mosul to take part in the editing process demonstrates the reach political agreements with Iraqi officials on the future of Nineveh, how Washington would endanger the lives of soldiers at risk without getting anything in return.
