[rtl]Foreign Minister "Ibrahim al-Jaafari," on Monday, that Iraq would not agree to a Turkish military intervention in northern city of Mosul, unless pre-coordinated with the Iraqi government, and with the consent.[/rtl]
[rtl]Jaafari's statement which he made to the newspaper "Horiat" Turkish, did not say what the Iraqi government will do in the case of whether Turkey launched an operation planned, and took control of the city of Mosul, or helped factions affiliated to the task.[/rtl]
[rtl]It is noteworthy, that the Turkish President, "Recep Tayyip Erdogan," he had said earlier, about his country's intention to launch a military operation in northern Iraq, targeting al Daesh, stressing that it comes to the protection of ethnic Turkmen in Iraq.[/rtl]
